We are based out of Bengaluru and have a digital offering for 24×7 chats and online video consultations with paediatricians, and a set of physical clinics in Bengaluru.Essentials about the RoleImportant: This is an execution oriented role and requires travel and presence at location. Having a 2W or suitable small vehicle is highly recommended.Key result areas: * Location intelligence: Recce existing and upcoming clinic locations to understand where do parents / patients live, where they spend time and the competition landscape to build effective marketing strategies
- Organise offline marketing events: Create a marketing calendar and host events in apartment complexes, or the clinic – campaigns include planning for theme, participants, messaging and announcements
- Run offline marketing campaigns: Working with agencies and stakeholders to deploy posters / banners / flyers, and similar visibility and communication elements in the localities of interest
- Scout and execute marketing partnerships for lead generation and awareness: Find suitable partners willing to co-host customer events at their premises with the intent of co-promoting our marketing objectives (clinic and services awareness), conceptualise the activity and execute it
- Reporting: be self-organising, build and periodically share appropriate reports and updates on the effort (outreach, activities planned, conducted, footfalls) and outcomes
What is unique about this role: * You will actively own top of the funnel for offline leads – an important channel
- You will work directly with founders and founding team members
- Direct on-field experience – will prepare you for many roles in the future
- Sizeable budgets to be deployed – you will significantly input into the offline marketing strategy and its investments
RequirementsWhat you must have /be willing to: * An outgoing personality that is willing to cold-call on partners, apartment associations, pre-schools, shops and establishments etc.
- Able to pitch – sales experience or bent of mind will be very helpful
- Be in the field – having own 2W or similar small vehicle is highly desirable (we will compensate for fuel costs at actuals)
- Work weekends (we will compensate for time off on other days)
- Structure inputs – basic Google Sheet or similar tool usage is required
- High self-motivation – this role will have a lot of “no” sayers in the market. You must not be overtly bothered about negative responses
